- Our own blend. We combine vegetable based (Kosher) Glycerin, purified water and Phenoxyethanol (just a touch, as a preservative and bacteria blocker) to bring you a fantastic way to apply your pigments and mineral eye shadow.
Mix a drop with your favorite color to foil an entire lid in vibrant color, or to make any color the perfect eyeliner!
One 15 ml bottle with reducer tip and agitator.
Shake well before each use.
