Mix a drop with your favorite color to foil an entire lid in vibrant color, or to make any color the perfect eyeliner!
Shake well before each use.
Purified water, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol (less than .01%)

Our own blend. We combine vegetable based (Kosher) Glycerin, purified water and Phenoxyethanol (just a touch, as a preservative and bacteria blocker) to bring you a fantastic way to apply your pigments and mineral eye shadow.
