| What are my payment choices? |

At this time we accept payments through PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We are currently unable to accept, bank transfers, money orders or personal checks. PayPal paid orders must be shipped to the address provided with your PayPal payment - be sure your correct address is listed. American Express orders are shipped to the billing address - NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| What happens if I do not pay for my order? |

Your account will be canceled and may not be eligible to be reinstated. Should you have a problem paying for your order, please contact us immediately and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the amount due. Orders not paid within 30 minutes are canceled. Again - PayPal payments are due immediately. |
| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
| Shipping and Fees |

As you add items to your shopping cart, you can choose your country from the drop down menu and view the charges. Shipping is based on product total. Shipping charges vary by country, some countries are subject to higher costs because of the method of shipping provided. Should you provide a shipping address that differs from your billing address, we reserve the right to ship to the billing address should we not be able to confirm the shipping address.
Items that may be temporarily out of stock will be credited back to the account should we not receive a response to our email within 48 hours. We can not hold orders longer than 48 hours for email response, please be sure you have given a current and correctly spelled email address with your order. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| How do I return my product or cancel my order? |

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Orders canceled while in processing will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee. Orders that have been packed but have not shipped are charged the cancellation fee plus a 25% restocking fee. Please be sure to check your order thoroughly before submitting. |
| I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
| When will my order ship? |
| |
Order processing will typically be 3-7 business days (this does NOT include weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped. |
